We bring all of the cleaning solutions ourselves. These include eco-friendly; non-toxic; plant-based cleaning solutions. They are suitable for homes with children, pets and delicate surfaces. Also, feel free to tell us if you would like to have us use your cleaning supplies instead.

Typically a standard cleaning takes approximately 2-3 hours. A deep clean may take anywhere from 4-6 hours. This depends upon the square footage of the property and/or the overall cleanliness of your home.

Yes! If you become attached to a particular cleaner and want her/him to continue coming to your home as part of your recurring cleanings, we’ll work hard to ensure she/he is available for your upcoming appointments.

After completion of your cleaning services, you will receive an email asking you to make secure online payment through one of several options including but limited to most all credit cards; Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash is not accepted.

Our “clean until you’re happy” policy allows us to return to your property within 24 hours of your cleaning service if any items were left unclean to your standards. We will return to clean these items at no charge. Please contact us via email within 24 hours of your scheduled clean date/time.
